AS Estimation & Consultants is looking for an experienced Quantity Estimator to join our growing estimating team. The successful candidate will prepare accurate quantity takeoffs, construction cost estimates and tender documentation for residential, commercial and civil projects across Australia.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs
- Review architectural and engineering drawings
- Prepare construction cost estimates
- Analyse material and labour costs
- Assist with tender submissions
- Coordinate with project stakeholders
Requirements
- Previous estimating experience
- Strong understanding of construction documentation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of estimating software
- Strong communication skills
